The questions we hear most.

How far in advance should I book?
Book 4–6 weeks out for peak-season weekends (April–October). Charlotte bachelorette and anniversary Saturdays fill 8+ weeks ahead. Midweek and off-season slots often open inside 2 weeks.
What happens if the weather turns bad?
Our canvas bell tents are professionally rated and hold up beautifully in Carolina drizzle. For thunderstorms, sustained winds over 25 mph, or lightning within 10 miles, we reschedule at no charge up to 48 hours before your event.
What do I need in my backyard for setup?
A minimum flat area of roughly 20' x 20' of grass, deck, or level lawn. We can work around most trees, patios, and garden features — a walkthrough call before booking confirms fit.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are refundable up to 14 days out. Between 14 and 7 days, we credit 100% toward a future booking within 12 months. Within 7 days, deposits are non-refundable except for weather reschedules.
Do you need access to power?
One standard exterior outlet within 100 feet is ideal. For off-grid locations or partner venues, we bring a quiet battery power station at no extra cost.
What about bathrooms?
For backyard bookings, guests typically use the host home's bathroom. For longer or remote setups, we can coordinate a luxury restroom trailer rental through a trusted Charlotte vendor.
Are pets allowed?
Yes — well-behaved pets are welcome in the tent. We just ask that they stay off the linens. A $75 refundable pet deposit applies to overnight stays.
What add-ons do you offer?
Charcuterie boards, private chef dinners (via partner chefs in SouthPark and Dilworth), in-tent massages, balloon arches, florals, photographers, s'mores stations, and breakfast baskets from local Charlotte bakeries. If it fits the vibe, we can source it.
